Browse our online store and fill your cart with your selected items.
Once you have completed your browsing, click on your cart and enter your email address. Click checkout.
Select your preferred shipping option and enter your details. Click Next.
Select payment method and enter any special request and/or branding request.
If paying by EFT, click place order.
If paying by debit/credit card, click go to payment and enter payment details.
You will receive an order confirmation email with further information
Our online store works with credible and secure online payment options. You have an option to either pay by card (debit/credit) or by means electronic funds transfer (EFT).
We have selected Courier Guy as our delivery partner. This is the delivery option that will be provided at checkout.
There is also an option to collect from our operating address: 2nd Floor, 86 Blake Road, Congela, Durban, 4001.
Goods must be returned within 14 working days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return, unless the shipment is incorrect, or items are damaged.
No returns will be accepted without a corresponding invoice.
Goods must be returned in their original condition (no stains, damage, etc.). Any garment that has been washed, dyed, or altered will not be accepted as a return.
Goods returned must be in their original packaging.
Custom designed and manufactured items or branded items will not be accepted as returns.
The Marathon (Pty) Ltd has a right to decline a return.


Our courier services offer door-to-door deliveries. You just need to put the correct address when checking out because if the product leaves our premises, unfortunately that mistake cannot be rectified.
Most of our items have a specific sizing guide under item description. We have also attached a link on how to measure yourself below under “How do I measure myself?”.
If we are unable to deliver your order, or you don’t collect from a pickup point within 7 days, we will cancel the order and return it to the warehouse. Once the items have been received back at the warehouse we’ll issue you with a refund.

Orders and Returns

Our exchange policy allows for exchanges of products for different sizes or entirely different items. Exchanges can be of equal, lower, or higher value. For lower value exchanges, a store credit will be issued. In case of a higher value exchange, a payment link for the balance will be provided. If the size you want is not immediately available, you can choose to be refunded.
